Opened in April 2021. We have a total of 23 luxury self-catering apartments, with a combination of single and double bedrooms. Our 2 Bedroom apartments are ideal for large family accomodation. Located just off the Anse Royale main road, the apartments are with-in 3 minutes walk to the 2nd most popular Anse Royale Beach on the island where you will always find a private undisturbed spot at any time of the year. Along the beach walk you have banks, ATMs, Restaurants, Groceries, Delis’, Bakery, Fresh foods market, pharmacy, hospital, police station and much more.

I can only recommend this accommodation. Big and clean rooms. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. We felt very safe here. Whatever we needed, someone always helped us. Great location. Well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view. I will continue to recommend!

Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Cleanliness and comfort in the fully equipped apartment. Nice location. Everything you need is nearby: shops, market, hospital, pharmacy, bus stop. Nearby is the beautiful beach of Anse Royal.

Everything was perfect. The last day we can have late check out for free. It’s at two steps of the beach and it’s just in feont of University of Seychelles were we work for a week. You have a good opcion for buy meals at the supermarket in the same building.

We had a wonderful stay in these apartments ideally located in Seychelles! A few steps from the beach, the location is perfect for enjoying the sea and sun. The apartments are modern, spacious and well equipped, offering all the comforts necessary to feel like home. In addition, being close to the shops is a real plus to easily stock up. A dream place to relax and explore this beautiful island! We will return to it without hesitation.
